Move Clients From Insight to Lasting Change
Proven Tools that Shift Persistent Patterns
CBT tools have been proven effective in shifting deeply ingrained and persistent patterns, including those seen in OCD, anxiety, depression, and different phobias.
When applied to coaching, these tools provide a powerful way to work through everyday patterns like avoidance, over-activation under pressure, and unhelpful thinking loops, expanding what’s possible for change and enabling more meaningful shifts with greater clarity and efficiency.
About Cognitive Behavioral Coaching
Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) is grounded in decades of research originating from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Adapted specifically for the coaching environment, CBC offers a practical, science-backed framework that enables coaches to support meaningful, lasting change.
While traditional coaching excels at expanding awareness, clarifying goals, and supporting forward movement, CBC complements this by providing practical methods that help clients shift recurring behavioral, cognitive, and emotional patterns, especially when they feel stuck.
At its core, this approach is an action-oriented methodology that focuses on the dynamic interplay between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and psychophysiological responses. It helps clients recognize what’s driving their patterns and, more importantly, how to shift them in real time.
This approach is fully client-centered, keeping ownership of the change process in the client’s hands and remaining fully aligned with the coaching mindset and ICF competencies.

In-Depth Education That Stays With You
Our program is 40 hours long. We know that may sound like a significant commitment.
But this is intentional.
Our goal is not to offer a surface-level introduction, but to ensure that by the end of the program, you can confidently and effectively apply these tools with your clients.
The program combines theory, small-group skills training, and experiential personal growth, so you can understand the material, experience it firsthand, and apply it in practice.
Working with patterns at this level requires time to learn, apply, and integrate. Anything less would only scratch the surface.
